Are you the right fit for Online Coaching?

Let’s say you’re person A. You know you could be healthier, you dislike your physique and really want to make the change. But you work, leaving at 7am for an 8am start. You don’t really fancy breakfast but heard it’s the ‘most important meal of the day’ so you grab a small bowl of cereal, or a breakfast bar, or something on the way or at work.

It get’s to lunch, you’re hungry but don’t really know what to get so you just grab whatever. A sandwich, something from the shops or work, you’re hungry still but it’s fine because you’ll have dinner later. You finish work, tired, get home and sit down for a little bit. It’s already 6pm and you’ve still got to make dinner, get changed and have a shower. You’ve got no time to go to the gym, but you’re really hungry so you have a snack, or 2, or 3. With dinner as well the cycle keeps repeating.

Or, you’re person B. You find time for the gym, 3-days a week you go in, following random plans you see from people online. With no idea what works, or how to effectively train, you don’t notice a lot of results and you don’t see consistent strength progress.

You understand you have to eat ‘healthy’ with high protein, but you also don’t know what diet to follow. Keto, Carnivore, Low Fat, No Sugar? With hundreds of fads and tons of information it gets difficult to pick and choose what works for you so you follow an Intermittent Fasting diet, don’t eat until 1pm and don’t eat after 6pm, but with work, going out, surprise visits or spontaneous meals out you eventually break your fast and by the end of week-3 you’re eating whenever and are back up 10lbs.

After you’ve filled out an initial Q&A, and with input from yourself I will create a detailed, personalised plan that fits into your lifestyle. Depending on your current level and goals the plan will be gradually or quickly implemented into your lifestyle, this can (and probably will) be changed every so often depending on your preference!

From 4x a week strength training, to progressing your 5km run pace. Whatever the goal we will create an enjoyable plan that will consistently get you results!

Meal Plans that include foods you enjoy.

No more yo-yo dieting, hating foods or following a plan you can never maintain.

Meal Plans are about, sustainability, enjoyability and experimenting. Making sure you can stick to your plan, are covered for mistakes or off-plan situations and can rely alternative options if need be.

Meal Plans are made to be changed, made to be easy to follow and are made to experiment with new options.

Weekly Check-ins to keep you on track.

You’ll get a weekly Check-in assessing you weight loss, session progress, enjoyment, the implementation of your plan, any questions or queries answered, changes to the plan if needed, help with meals, workouts, exercise form assessment if needed and much more.

Plus, messages throughout the week.
