After you’ve filled out an initial Q&A, and with input from yourself I will create a detailed, personalised plan that fits into your lifestyle. Depending on your current level and goals the plan will be gradually or quickly implemented into your lifestyle, this can (and probably will) be changed every so often depending on your preference!

From 4x a week strength training, to progressing your 5km run pace. Whatever the goal we will create an enjoyable plan that will consistently get you results!

You’ll get a weekly Check-in assessing you weight loss, session progress, enjoyment, the implementation of your plan, any questions or queries answered, changes to the plan if needed, help with meals, workouts, exercise form assessment if needed and much more.

Plus, messages throughout the week.
